Kuzumi Kuzumi is a flying-type whim girl raised by the Pillar Stone People, able to exist at once in Hoodoo, Neon and the Mid-Level. In 469 she steps off the new Hoodoo–Neon train looking for a brother whose name she cannot remember, and for decades she waits at Perchnest Station for the train that took him. In Chapter IV Geopelia meets her child self inside an arcade machine, and she calls Geopelia "big brother"; in Chapter V she is the Witch Church's hired painter and a Liudaohong member who takes Geopelia to the dying Guru; in Chapter VI she helps Geopelia finish her floor guardian report in Haven.
